On November 11, 2005, the Marching Knights travelled to Birmingham, Alabama to watch the Knights defeat the UAB Blazers in a very exciting 27-21 victory. The team is still #1 in Conference USA's East division (6-1). GO KNIGHTS!

We are a group of young women at the University of Central Florida who all share a passion for the sport of baton twirling. In addition to making our presence known with the Marching Knights marching band at every home football game, we perform at one away game, select marching band festivals, and the UCF homecoming parade held every year in downtown Orlando.

This year’s squad is between the ages of 18 and 21, and we have all twirled competitively at one point or another, and have had many years of twirling experience.

Our first football home game performance this year was on September 24, 2005 against Marshall. It was an incredibly exciting day for Knights fans because UCF broke a 17 game losing streak. Fans rushed the field after the game, the Marching Knights had another stellar halftime performance, and the Citrus Bowl was THE place to be that Saturday night!

September 17: UCF vs. USF, Tampa (L 31-14)
September 24: UCF vs. Marshall, Citrus Bowl (W 23-13)
October 8: UCF vs. Memphis, Citrus Bowl (W 38-17)
October 22: UCF vs. Tulane, Citrus Bowl (W 34-24)
October 29: Ancient City Band Festival, Jacksonville
November 5: Homecoming Parade & UCF vs. Houston, Citrus Bowl (W 31-29)
November 11-13: Away trip, UCF vs. UA at Birmingham (W 27-21)
December 1: Band Banquet
December 3: Winter Park Christmas Parade
